Delivery And Return Policy

Refund and Cancellation:-

1. Refund for any placed order can be done on request from customer on writing upon mail only. Phone request for cancellation will not be entertained. Mail id for filing refund request is order@giftbasketstoindia.com . We request customers to mention their order number along with the request.
2. Refund request is acceptable only seventy two working hours before the delivery date selected by customer and in case of same day delivery, it is thirty six hours.
3. Cancellation of an order cannot be done after the delivery is made or gifts are dispatched.
4. Company reserves the right to change the product or brands in case the said product is out of stock but promise to deliver equal or more value item to the receiver and in such cases, refund or cancellation will not be entertained. We request customers to ensure that the product is in stock by mailing to avoid such circumstances. Out of stock position may come generally in the festive moments wherein it is practically not possible to update the site as per the stock position since orders comes in a fast pace.

Delivery Policy:-

1. For same day delivery to the main cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata, we have hand delivery through local gift shop.
2. For next day and onward delivery and delivery to other cities, we use logistic partners DTDC, DHL, FedEx and Speed Post.
3. Delivery charges are included in the price given for any product.

Return Policy:-

1. If the given delivery address found to be wrong after shipment; the product returns back to us which usually takes two weeks. The customer have to bear 80% of the charges on the full cost since mainly the items are of perishable category and also we do not entertain collection of those items being unhygienic by the time it returns. For redelivery with a fresh address and fresh items; customer have to place a fresh order.
2. Change of delivery address must come to us seventy two working hours before the delivery date in normal case. In case of same day delivery, we accept change of address thirty six working hours before the delivery date.
3. If the product is wrongly delivered by the fault of our company; we do take responsibility to redeliver the fresh products at our own cost. In those case, delivery dates will be extended by a week.
